1. Deposit Payments

Project Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel the project after the deposit has been paid but before significant work has commenced, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund based on the amount of work completed. Once substantial work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Final Payments
Non-Refundable Final Payment: The final payment is due upon completion of the project before the website goes live. This payment is non-refundable once the final files have been delivered and the website has been launched.
Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to address any concerns and make reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement. However, once the website is live and the final payment has been made, refunds will not be issued.
3. Ongoing Support and Maintenance Services
Monthly Services: If you have subscribed to ongoing support and maintenance services, you may cancel these services at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for partial months.
Annual Services: If you have paid for ongoing support and maintenance services annually, you may cancel these services by providing written notice. Refunds for unused months may be issued at our discretion, minus any discounts or promotional pricing applied at the time of purchase.
